If i could give place a 0, i would. The staff here is lazy, disrespectful, and have zero consideration for customers. If you have self-respect, please avoid this post office at all cost

This post office never opens on time. A bunch of us stood by the locked front door in the rain for 40 minutes and no one came. People came and left frustrated until it was down to about three people. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POSTED SCHEDULE IF YOU DON’T OPEN AT THE CORRECT TIME. It’s the very least you could do. The rep I spoke to on the phone provided me with their direct phone number, but told me that they only answer calls from 4pm to 5pm to which we both were shocked about. He read the info that was provided by their location. A staple of a place like a post office should be available to every neighborhood regardless of its location. Sure - it’s easy to tell people to go to another location, but why should they when there is one in their community? People have to do more than just send things. UPDATE THE SCHEDULE ON THE DOOR AND ONLINE. We shouldn’t have to guess what time the staff feels like coming in to work. UPDATE 3/6/26: Decided to come back today since no one opened the door yesterday. Guess what? The line is insane and there is only one employee at the window who announced she is going to lunch at 1 which is in five minutes. What in the world is going on?

I could probably write a book about the problems that I’ve had with this post office. I’ll start off by saying , some of the people there are lovely, very helpful , very apologetic. But , how the post office is ran is beyond me. I had to start paying for a PO BOX because the mail carriers were marking my packages as “trying to deliver” but never knocked on the door . Now , the mail carriers come when they want to, sometimes they might not even come. More recently , there’s been so many issues with them not having enough staff. There’s usually like one person there (lately it’s been Moet , who is always kind and helpful to me ) and she’s unfortunately burnt out because she’s had to do EVERYTHING due to her being the only employee there . At this point they need to just fire people and hire people that actually want to do the damn job. For the past two weeks it’s been a struggle to even pick up things from my PO BOX and now I’m missing mail from my actual address mail box , and there’s no one you can even really complain to. I’ve made complaints , because one thing about me is I’m going to file a complaint , send an email, leave a message, etc and every time I’ve opened a case , someone manages to rectify the issue (for the most part) but I shouldn’t have to constantly make complaints for something to be done. It’s ridiculous at this point. Saying all this to say , I wish they would do better , I wish that someone would come and delegate and make the necessary changes . Not only for the employees that show up , but also for the community that they are serving.
