Horrible employees, all of them were very mean and unhelpful. They wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a response. Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.

Terrible service. Will avoid this location due to clerk rudeness. I got yelled at for not using the self serve kiosk and instead waited in line to have the clerk scan my package and get a receipt. The kiosk is OPTIONAL I have the right to stand in line and wait for a clerk and not get berated in front of the whole store.

Some of the nattiest people I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in minding my own business, asking for help just to walk out feeling belittled, ridiculed and embarrassed. The staff was ignorant of my questions, got impatient with me, and insulted me for my hearing disability and bringing out my credit card too slow. She told me to step aside and will not serve me and continue to ask her manager not to serve me. She yelled at me and insulted me with many people present at the lobby. I’ll never return to this location ever again. I don’t understand why the staff there can’t just be human-beings. Get another job or do something else in your life and make your life better and happier instead of trying to make your life a mission to make other people who don’t have anything to do with your misery to suffer from your rude behavior and attitude.

Rude staff. Yelling at customers like they were in the military. Some are even having conversations with other people via phone with headsets. Bizarre.

I completely agree with the other experiences listed here. It is unfortunate that there are some very sweet employees that are very helpful but those that ruin the reputation of those sweet employees. It is a terrible thing to have walked in with a smile and then having to leave feeling embarrassed, belittled, and upset over the employees attitude in instructing me to send mail. I hope some change may happen though unlikely
