I made an appointment online for passport services 1 month prior that was confirmed. They even have 3 signs outside, 1st fl and 2nd floor that they have services on the weekend. Went in to my scheduled appointment and they said there is no passport agent on the weekends despite availability to make an appointment online and all the sat passport open signs. Very unprofessional , they couldn't just cancel my appointment so I didn't waste my time. Should remove the availability to make the appointment online as well as change all the signs.
