  Virtually every review stating how rude the employees here are are true. Their attitudes reek of annoyance when servicing customers. They always appear bothered & miserable. 1 of them was on a personal phone call at the time I tried to drop a package off. She was distracted & nasty. I really cannot fathom people like the workers here who act like they're inconvenienced by doing their jobs. If y'all are that miserable, don't work in a customer facing role! I've lived in the area for 3 years & loathe having to go in here because they always have an attitude. These people really need to be more professional. Leave your attitudes & misery at the door. Stop making other people feel some type of way just because you're too bothered to do your jobs. This is exactly why this post office is rated so low. Do better, USPS! Hire some employees that actually want to be there & don't ruin every customer's experience!

  Unbelievably rude woman working behind the counter. Forced me to leave the building because I brought my dog in. Did not realize dogs are not allowed and she never even asked if my dog was service. Instead she barked at me “you’re still in the building”. May she lose her job.

  I will never go back to this post office. I had to ship a letter for work and I needed it to have a tracking number, so I was standing trying to decide which envelope I needed for 5 minutes and decided to just ask one of the workers. She was the rudest person I ever spoke to, she refused to help me and was very abrasive to the point other customers were looking over and standing up for me and asking her to help me and answer my question. I ended up walking out and will never go back

  I really wish I had read the reviews before coming to this location. The staff member at the first counter was incredibly dismissive. When I asked a simple question about postage stamps, I was met with total rudeness. Even after I mentioned that "a little humanity goes a long way," she refused to acknowledge me and simply continued what she was doing. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Now, I’m just crossing my fingers that my package actually reaches its destination.
