- MLMorgan Lewis5 days ago1.0This USPS office is unreliable at best- it’s unacceptable for a government service. The location randomly closes early with no warning or posted hours- today it was closed at 3:30pm when the posted hours are until 5:00pm (it’s a Tuesday). This has happened several times over the last few months and congressional reps don’t respond to inquiries from Roosevelt Island residents- it’s the only USPS option on the island!!

Said the person who was in charge of doing passports up until now was never certified and they had tons of people’s applications rejected.

- KUKisuke UraharaMar 13, 20263.0Most of the time I don’t have any issues, but sometimes you’ll get that one specific worker who’s impatient acting like every other customer isn’t in line patiently waiting. Not to mention the irregular closing times under the cover of a lunch break due to being severely understaffed and the lack of any self service kiosks. Kind of ruins the overall reputation even when it’s just one bad apple 😕
