- TLT “MrsLEE” Lee5 days ago1.0Such THIEVES, them & GOLDMAN SACHS INVESTMENT BANK STOLE MY ITEMs. My package valued around 1500$ it was wrongfully sent to GOLDMAN SACHS investment bank 200 west store front 10282 , I contacted TIM, employee who work with GOLDMAN SACHS , he alleged he returned it to this post office . That he stamped it , but it shows no tracking . They are scammers and thieves !!!!!!

Warning: the fingerprinting hours are NOT the same as the regular post office hours (which caused me to waste a trip yesterday). Even worse, today their posted hours were 10 AM to 3 PM, but they didn't bother opening the station until 10:30 AM. The clerk initially tried to tell me the machine was broken (it seemed like she just didn't want to do it) before it miraculously worked. She was rude, unhelpful, and barked "I don't know" when I asked a basic question. Save yourself the time and go to a different location if you can.

At first it seemed that the cashier number 9 was going to be helpful however in the end she proved not to be helpful. She even shooed me with her hands stating come another day. I had to tell her relax calm down this is just a transaction. It's a shame when you go to a post office or a public place expecting great service and get the exact opposite. My request is only to cash in my money order that I purchased from the US postal service. None of the tellers seem to be able to cash it due to them stating they had no cash available. My hope is this is true instead of it being a bias situation. When I decided to go to this location I expected Great service otherwise I could have chosen any other post office. Unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. Beware in the future if you need to cash a money order that you purchased from USPS you may not be able to cash it due to either bias or cash on availability. Keep this in mind for the future.
