- FFFSApr 2, 20261.0Absolutely horrific passport service. We made an appointment only to arrive there and be told the “agent” isn’t coming and there is only one agent for passport service. No prior notification to us even though they had our contact info for the appointment. And, the manager never showed up to speak with us despite being paged twice. save yourself some time and avoid this place
- KKKMMar 26, 20265.0I always love their courtesy. I am not familiar with the U.S. postal manner so sometimes I ask some questions to the staff, but they are always willing to give me a support. Especially, once I had a terrible experience at the post office on 60th, I left there immediately and visited here. The staff here gave me a kind and understandable explanation. The quality was totally different from the 60th office.

- JJJasMar 14, 20261.02/2 packages scheduled to deliver have been lost in the span of a month. I have never had a package lost by USPS in my entire life, and UPS and FedEx and Amazon have no issue delivering to me. I came to read the reviews and yeah, it seems like this location has issues. Do not do business here if you can.
- SSSAMUELA SAMBAMar 13, 20261.0Horrible customer service, female worker on window six at 2:50 pm on March 13rd rude and dismissively passive aggressive . I asked if she could put a piece of tape on my envelope and claimed I had to buy the entire roll to put a piece of tape. I expressed my disappointment with the answer and said it was fine and she gave me attitude and forgot to do it. I also asked multiple time to show me where the trucking number was since I was not familiar with the receipt and the type of shipping and she kept repeating rude (after asking for help multiple Times): “it is on the receipt “. I also asked to be rescheduled for my passport appointment since the office is open until 4pm and I was late for my first appointment (after explaining of having to deal with my just born twins -one home and one still is the hospital) and apparently the lady is done working at 2:50 pm even if the office was open until 4pm, the initial female worker at window 6 said: doesn’t matter we all have to deal with that you have to come on time for the appointment, even if the office is open until 4. No other customer was there taking other spots available. Awful experience
