Passport agent is very nice lady. However, passport agent doesn't know that you can use the certificate of naturalization as BOTH proof of citizenship AND ID. She made me go home to get more ID.
Please just update her on this very simple rule.
Also long nail lady is possible the most rudest person on the planet. This is why everyone rather use UPS, FEDEX and avoids USPS st all cost.
USPS will be non existent in 10 years.

It's because of Merium I gave it a 4 star otherwise it would be a 1 star. She was so lovely and patient. She was so helpful unlike the lady in window 3. MERIUM at window 4 you're the best. Thank you!

Despite what everyone else says, this post office is above and beyond in terms of actually getting the job done. Sure, the counter ladies might not have the best attitude, but they spent meaningful time and energy trying to locate my parcel (that had a wrong address on it) from the warehouse. And then multiple supervisors followed up to ensure I actually received it, and apologized for system not having been updated (although I received the package by then). Comparing to UPS/ FedEx down the street, I felt like the folks working there actually cared about tickets raised. Thank you!

Staff are so rude. They work very slowly and yell at customers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There are a few people who work there who are very nice and very lovely. The rest of the people who work there are lazy, rude and literally make anything you do there harder rather than easier, or try to send you to other post offices. It’s no wonder the USPS is going to be out of service soon.
