  Less than pleased with my experience here. Shredding was $2.99 a pound - uh - are you kidding? The other UPS a few blocks away is $2.29 a pound, and FedEx is $1.49 a pound and only a half block away. The people at this independently-owned UPS should do their market research about prices, and recognize that someone need only walk a half block to save 50%. It's also offensive to charge $2.99 a pound for shredding, in general. UPS corporate should take note of this store's practices.

  I have used this place many times. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend avoiding rush hour, but even when there was a line they were always swift and I never had to wait long.
