- ADABDOULAYE DOLO4 days ago5.0I visited the UPS store #6510 on April 7, 2026. I was served by Saiful Islam and another tall and skinny guy, can’t remember his name. Both of them were friendly, courteous and had sense of customers service. It was a real pleasure to do business with them. I felt appreciated and welcomed. I will highly recommend the store to my family, friends and colleagues.

Even though it’s the most convenient location I rather get on the NYC subway and travel to a more reliable store. Every time I have come here I have an issue, whether it’s employees not having a clue what they are doing or being disrespectful. The latest is being told that my package wasn’t at the store multiple times and it wasn’t until I made a claim on UPS website that I got a call from the store that they did in fact have my package. This place needs new management and better trained staff.
