It’s a very busy location and people always have tons of questions when shipping packages or doing returns, but Benny is usually who’s working when I come in and somehow manages it all. Every time I’ve come in, Benny has been incredibly helpful and patient. Even when it’s absolute chaos in there, he handles everything with such grace—apologizing for the wait (even though he’s often helping multiple people at once) and still taking the time to answer all my questions and help me organize my box to ship out. It’s rare to see someone keep such a positive attitude while juggling so much, and I just wanted to make sure he gets some credit. Benny is the best!
