    NO SERVICE! I waited 10 mins while an employee was staring at their computer presumably trying to help a first customer. They never acknowledged my presence. The second employee was busy tidying up in the back and offered no help although she seemed to be the senior one. I was unable to get service and was not spoken to. Both I and the person in line behind me ended up walking out.

    had a really unprofessional encounter--employee kept asking if I was doing a "challenge," whatever that is?? Aside from that, I came in to return a coat to Banana Republic. They had sent me a shipping label and assured me that all I had to do was show up to a UPS store with the coat and they would handle it. The employee had no knowledge of this policy and attempted to charge me for printing the label and a box to return--and ridiculed me for not bringing my own. I can't remember the last time I had such a negative interaction. I will try another UPS store where hopefully the employee is more knowledgable, or at least helpful.

    never going back here after being a customer for years. Got charged $5.00 by them for computer usage (theirs) to print out a label I mailed them, to also be charged for the printout and the shipping. ABSURD. Will use either Fedex or Staples, both a block away who will just do the printout for $.35.

    Overall, this is a good store with polite staff, but there is one issue that regularly causes inconvenience. Every time I come in for notary services, I have to ask whether the notary is working that day. There is no posted schedule in the store, and often it turns out that the notary is either not available or will arrive later. It would be very helpful to have the notary’s schedule clearly displayed or communicated in advance. This would save customers time and make the service even better.
