  Horrible service. They claimed that their system was down. What are the Odds that their system is always down ? We waited in line for 10 minutes, and we were told that their system is down, I was not mad about it but they could have told us while we were waiting in line. I was not the only one who was waiting for nothing. The lady there, bad attitude, offered zero solutions, kept saying it’s not her fault. Not apologetic at all. While we were waiting in line the guy was not paying attention to anyone, so when we were going to give it a shot one last time at their machine since they were no help, the guy all the sudden noticed everything and say I don’t know how many times he has to tell us its not working. Very bad attitude. Hope I will not ever need to go to that UPS store again.

  Terrible experience. The scanning system was down so they refused to help, told me to step aside and then proceeded to ignore me. Provided zero solutions or help. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude.

  I paid this store 80$ to pack and shop a 1000$ coffee machine I sold on EBay. Pack and ship guarantee and all. The machine was destroyed in the shipping process. Aside from my eBay purchaser being furious as this was a holiday gift - now this store claims that they are ONLY responsible for the 80$ packaging fee and NOT the value of the item shipped under their “guarantee” I think this franchise locations deserves to be closed by UPS for being an embarrassment to the brand and bringing customer experience and trust down for the entirety of UPS. YOU DO NOT behave like this if you want to keep your business open in NYC. Take a look folks - 1 layer of bubble wrap and 1 crappy “lite duty” box and apparently no real guarantee for 80$ just in packaging fees !!!! Do you want to take your business here ??? UPDATE. See the reply from UPS corporate. Their investigation has determined that it is the packaging that is at fault here. The packaging which was done by the store. They might try to seem like they care by replying to my review here - but what will you do now ? You are liable UPS store Bleecker street! Pay me what you owe and do a better job next time. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Not only are you inept at your service but you have no integrity and no accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE EVERYONE.

  I usually dread going to the UPS store since most of the time the employees seem like they want to run into oncoming traffic. I wish I had gotten their names but the two employees working were so helpful and kind even during busy holiday season. I would happily go out of my way to go to this store location over others.
