  Was there yesterday… instead of watching me fumble around with tape and labels, the young man at the counter said “I got this” and did it for me … great customer service

  Extremely easy to drop off packages here, they quickly scanned it and I was on my way, despite them appearing to be quite busy

  These stores are franchises. They are not UPS. This store lost my $1,000 laptop I was returning to Apple. And took no responsibility, wouldn't even answer my calls. Or check the store's camera. At the time of drop-off I was told by the clerk I didn't need a receipt. And so I had no record to show that I had indeed dropped it off. I have no doubt the package was stolen by the clerk or someone else in the store. The owner is named Brad Kaplan he owns 8 other stores.Don't do business at any of them. The owner is dishonest. PS always demand a receipt.

  The staff are consistently and unapologetically unprofessional. I have had to call over and over and over just to locate packages they have accepted for me and to get them forwarded. They promise me they'll send me my mail, a week goes by, I call again and it's sitting in their store, no explanation. They'll say they don't have my mail, they check again, and it's magically there. They say they'll do better, they'll compensate me and fix it, and nothing happens. This happens repeatedly. Their manager Carl is unhelpful, as is their entire staff. They are undertrained and cannot perform simple tasks. Wild incompetence. I can't take it anymore and I will be moving my business elsewhere. DO NOT use this location.

  Too notch service with a smile, the entire team went above and beyond to get a complicated print, notarize, scan, ship of multiple documents done with no sweat. Rhondalisa was especially helpful and just plain nice.
