  Mirage at store 5777 was exceedingly helpful and compassionate to my situation. I lost my wallet and was unable to get my temporary driver’s license PDF to download from the NYS DMV. He extended me a great courtesy and literally walked me through the DMV website to attempt to access the document. Unfortunately, there’s a problem with the NYS DMV Website but he was able to print the information page so I have something concrete if needed that states my license is valid. I cannot thank him enough as I must travel for Easter. Thanks Terri Mundy

  I want to “Thank you “ for Miraj & Shanto for their great customer service Service, they are extremely polite and this is my favorite store. This is very helpful and convenient store. I came here all the time and do all my shopping and returns. Anytime anything I run to them and they are super friendly and solved all my issues

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store and want to give a big thank you to Shanto and Eyad. They are always helpful, kind, and professional. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and they work quickly without making you feel rushed. What really stood out to me was their honesty and willingness to help — they even helped me get my money back after I paid for a service I ended up not needing. It’s rare to find customer service like this. Highly recommend this location!
