The worst service ever, filthy computers, charged me $20 for a 5 min job, arrogant employees never going at this ups or any ups store again, disgusting!

The absolute worst UPS ive ever encountered. Took a passport photo, they refused to crop it after I had already paid for the service and when I ask for either a new photo or a refund they refused. Even worst, when I mentioned a complaint they refused tonidentify and started screaming.

I regularly use this UPS Store for business shipments and buy shipping materials here, but yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing.
I came in to drop off two prepaid UPS Next Day packages. After waiting in line, the employee repeatedly insisted I use the self-service kiosk even though I requested a counter acceptance scan. The employee was visibly unhappy that I stayed in line.
When it was my turn, the employee became confrontational and initially refused to scan my packages. In the end, only ONE package was scanned — the other still shows “Label Created” with no acceptance scan, which is a serious issue for time-sensitive shipments.
When I returned to ask for the employee’s name to file a complaint, I was told I was “banned” from the store and was spoken to in an aggressive, unprofessional way.
For clarity, the employee later claimed I was “cutting the line.” When I entered, one customer was being served at the counter and another was still packing at a table. I stood behind the active counter customer, and when the other customer joined the line, the employee asked me to go stand behind her, so I asked her directly if she was okay with me quickly scanning two prepaid packages first — she agreed.
I’m requesting the owner review camera footage from Feb 25 around 5:28–5:45pm in this store. I’m also filing a corporate complaint. These are quite concerning issues 1: Refusal to provide standard counter acceptance service. 2.Failure to properly scan and accept a business shipment 3.Threatening a customer with a “ban” without any legitimate basis
Printing a page costs $4.08 at this UPS store, even if you have a prepaid label. Apparently it would cost $5.19 plus tax if you send them the email so it's even worse. The $20 hold on your card is also another weird thing, like why would you put a hold for printing a page on top of the $4.08 I paid to print... Also if you do need to print out make sure you have all the links and sign ins ready because they only give you 15mins to sort out your printing, after that you pay again...Do yourself a favor and print elsewhere, don't let these thieves take advantage of you in broad daylight!!!
