    I suspect because this UPS is close to a DMV, they have specifically jacked up the price on printing a "bank statement". They charge extra and don't let you print yourself. I should have just not told the employee I was printing a bank statement, but that unfortunately didn't occur to me - I was in a hurry and I was too trusting of this business. This trust was quickly betrayed. Employee was wild rude for no reason. Don't spend your money at this business.

    I was helped today by Isaiah who was attentive, helpful, kind, and had incredible attention to detail. He is one of the most helpful and personable employees I have ever encountered at UPS. He helped make my experience shipping three packages easy and fast, and I left feeling great about the experience. Thank you, Isaiah:)

    My worst experience yet any shipping company. The representative was extremely rude. I don’t ship things often so I had a couple of basic questions to which he responded in a demeaning manner. He proceeded to use profane language for no absolute reason. The question was particularly about packaging and he refused to answer and ignored me while I was talking directly to him. I am struggling to understand why this kind of behaviour (unwarranted) is the kind of brand representation you guys are okay with. This particular employee clearly also seemed under the influence. Due to this interaction I am worried that this employee might damage my package. I hope you guys train your employees to be better than this.

    I just spent over an hour with customer support trying to make a simple change: switch my shipping from 2nd Day Air to Ground. Not cancel. Not refund. Not alter the order. Just change the shipping method. After being transferred, placed on hold, and repeating myself multiple times, I was ultimately told they “couldn’t” make the change. No clear explanation. No workaround. No ownership. It’s hard to understand how a company can process payments instantly but can’t modify a shipping method before fulfillment. The rigidity and lack of problem-solving were frustrating, but what stood out most was the absence of accountability. No one seemed empowered to actually help. An hour of my time for something that should take five minutes is unacceptable. If you value efficiency or competent customer support, be prepared for friction.
