Too long a tale for my 87-yo index finger to type out for a review that none of today’s Inhuman companies pay attn to!! Knowing that from experience, both those young men deserve recognition for going ‘above & beyond’ for a helpless Senior Citizen, one of a group who now has zero help from companies, cuz Customer Service has disappeared - it’s only ‘Customer Self-Serve’ now! I know this feedback is going nowhere, BUT just in case a Human (remember them?) does see my efforts, PLEASE, UPS HIGHER-UPS, do something Great, so they never lose that quality & motivation?
