  This store has a 3 star rating for a reason. I was there yesterday trying to mail a package and the men that work there are so rude!!! They also decided to make negative comments about a client asking a simple question while I was there! Loudly suggesting the guy go else where If he had an issue with how things are done there. Not to mention neither were of any help to me. I had an issue with my QR code, so I had to print the label. The machines are ancient and you have to log Into your email to print! Ridiculous, Such a security breech!! I voiced how tough this was for me and this worker response? “ I don’t work for UPS so .. and shrugs his shoulders. Are we not at an ups store? Second when I asked for help, the male worker made it seem inconvenient, like I disturbed him. I Asked pricing and it was a whole back and forth about how he didn’t know, when he did because he somewhat explained it after the 3rd time I asked. He clearly didn’t come in to do any work yesterday. He failed to tell me I would have to log into my email on a timed machine and I couldn’t access it. I wasted a 20 Min walk, an $2 all for the worst ups experience ever! Fed ex would never!!!

  Nicholas was very unprofessional and very rude.Was not helpful at all and basically just told me to go elsewhere.But his colleague was very helpful and sorted everything I needed.Also it charged me 15 dollars to try and print off my label which I think is ridiculous.

  I always come to this UPS Store whenever I need to return or ship my packages, and the experience is consistently great. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. They make the process quick and easy every time. Even when it’s busy, they stay patient and efficient, which I really appreciate. It’s nice to have such a reliable and well-run UPS location in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

  Love the service here. Friendly, helpful staff! Just a heads up: as of 3/7/26, they no longer have a notary, but mentioned they're looking for a new one.
