I went in for a passport photo for an international application and even offered to show them the specific requirements, but the staff dismissed it and said they already knew what to do. They took the photo on a phone, emailed it to me, and charged $22, which is significantly higher than other places like Walgreens that actually ensure the photo meets official standards. When I asked what would happen if the photo wasn’t accepted, I was told to “figure it out on my own,” which is unacceptable customer service, especially for a paid service that requires accuracy. Unsurprisingly, the photo was not accepted. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the process. Charging a premium price for poor quality and zero accountability is not okay. I would not recommend this location for passport photos.
