- JPJen P-BMar 22, 20261.0Either inept or thieves. I have been on the phone with Amazon for about an hour on a Sunday due to several returned items never having reached the warehouse. These are items that were sent for return about 3 months ago and resulted in me being recharged for the items. Luckily, Amazon's QR codes showed several of the items having been scanned on the date I stated I submitted them to UPS, so they are aware that I no longer had the products and it was a UPS error. The other items, however, I was charged a return fee and a restock fee because they did not send back the item to the warehouse for several weeks after it was also submitted for a scan and Amazon could not manually refund me back to my payment method, so I could only accept a gift card. How shady. If you are using this UPS for your returns — make sure your items are actually being returned because either the store is not returning them, losing them, or are stealing them. Either which way, untrustworthy.

The two staff members working at that time were extremely rude and clearly did not want to help at all. Basic questions were met with dismissive attitudes, and the overall service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Because of how poorly I was treated, I ended up leaving and going to another UPS Store to complete my shipment. I would strongly warn others to avoid this location if you expect courteous or helpful service. There are better options nearby where customers are treated with respect.

I was never asked for something like that anywhere else before. Sad to see people trying to make $0.5 by inventing rules and losing customers that purchase a lot.
