  This used to be a fantastic location with helpful employees that when above and beyond to help customers. Now there’s a bunch of snarky guys there that give you an attitude when you ask basic questions. Do yourself a favor and avoid it!

  I was returning several orders to "Happy Returns" and 2 other orders to "Amazon". I provided the wrong QR code for one of the orders and caused a whole lot of trouble. Representative Matthew and the store manager were able to solve the issue. Matthew was very sweet and made the whole process an enjoyable experience. 5 ⭐ for Matthew!

  Five Star +++++ customer service. Needed some random supplies in a pinch, so called this Staples. To my surprise, the phone was actually answered promptly (is that even a thing anymore?). Gabriel engaged my needs and even went into showroom to see if my product was available. It was, he held it for me, and I was in and out efficient upon arrival...to save the day. In fact, several members of the team offered assistance while I perused other items. In a world full of voice prompts and AI dead ends over the phone, it is refreshing to experience this level of personal customer service. Because of answering one phone call, secured $120 of business in minutes. Thank you kindly. I am working downtown for a month and will utilize only their services while I'm here. Keep up the amazing work.
