  The owner of this branch needs to look into whoever the manager at this branch was on April 10 at 9:30AM. The manager during this time was very rude and I think he has a tendency to pass on that same energy to his workers. I was there to return 5 boxes I ordered from Amazon that are 25 lbs each. The worker I talked to initially said that they cannot accept it but called the manager to confirm. The manager confirmed and said that they were too heavy to be shipped and this will make their packages overweight. I asked him whether Amazon was the one that would be paying for the return. He said that he'll accept it but started ranting out loud how he hates these Amazon returns and that it's too early for this type of thing. As he's scanning and packing the boxes, he kept ranting how he hates this and gets rattled when his scanner sometimes does not scan right away. He even complained that now all their packaging boxes are being used up. The worker who I initially talked to was just quiet and looked like he was trying his best to help out just so the manager would calm down but the manager would even sometimes lash out at him if something is not going right. While they're packing and scanning, another customer had a question that he directly asked the manager but then the manager started lashing out at him saying that he's in the middle of helping me out. The customer he lashed out to just left and did not confront him. Later again, while they are packing another worker from Staples who was working the counter called the manager's attention saying that he has a customer who is paying with a big bill. The manager started lashing out at the customer that had a big bill but this time that customer retaliated and told the manager not to give her that type of attitude. Finally, the manager was quiet. I feel bad for the workers there because their manager is the one that clearly hates his job. This was a truly a wild Friday morning for me!

  4.8.26 ---visited this location to email a document. Tanya an employee of Staples assisted me. She is friendly,knowledgeable & professional. We efficiently sent my document as I requested. KUDOS TO TANYA!!! Keep up the GOOD WORK.

  Was on hold for 20+ minutes. And at one point they picked up the phone, mentioned something that had nothing to do with my request, and then put me back on hold in the middle of me saying that they had the wrong person.

  I came in to use self printing station. Once I Uploaded the documents to the email, I asked the cashier about the self service station settings regarding using my own 24lb linen paper. The cashier told me to send the files to the print.marketing email. After checking out I noticed a $15 service fee that wasn’t mentioned amidst the color vs black & white pricing. Not to mention the attendant wasted 2 sheets of my south worth paper
