  I've been in the jewelry business for 27 years. I think the first 10 years I used DGA for alarm services. As with most service providers DGA would tack on nonsense billing costs, raise prices, had too many issues to the point of aggravation that we spent money to move to Mutual Alarm. I was a bit worried to be honest; fast forward 15 years later, it was such a good decision. Mutual Alarm is without a doubt THE best utility service provider to our business. Internet, voip (phone), internet hosting service providers, landlord, etc of all the ongoing service providers that we deal with, Mutual is turn-key autopilot awesome. Never have they been unreasonable, the monthly service charge is very fair, their hardware doesn't malfunction; the security protocol and follow up when there is an out of hours opening, every time there is some point of contact everything goes well. Sleep good, fair pricing, very dependable, I am a customer for life. Mutual Alarm is THE best.
