  I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing, mainly due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. While I was being encouraged to apply, I received constant calls, texts, and emails from the loan officer. However, once I submitted my application, the communication completely stopped. After several weeks of trying to follow up with no response, I finally received a generic email stating that my application was denied—without any explanation or courtesy follow-up. To be clear, my concern is not about the denial itself, but about how the process was handled. The lack of transparency and respect for customers is unacceptable. I recommend doing your research and reading reviews before deciding to work with this company. Be aware.

  The rates and fees are astronomical! The customer service is terrible, everything about this lender has been atrocious! I will never do business with them again and I highly Recommend you don't either! Right from the get go they tried to screw me over with almost no early pay off discount. getting in contact with them has been impossible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

  fast and easy . I am a contractor and needed a loan while waiting for payment on a commercial project . Would definitely work with them again . Was able to get a prepayment penalty free loan.
