The customer service there is lacking. There is a female with bangs with a nasty attitude. Do not expect customer service from this location. I would give it a zero if I could.

I tried to be nice and kind, but the Afro-American lady that works there, simply doesn’t like her job. She gave me the nasty attitude and was super rude, for no reason…

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this FedEx location around 6:45 PM. As I was approaching the entrance, I noticed an employee struggling to exit with a cart full of boxes. I opened the exterior door to help, as there is no visible sign outside indicating that customers should not open the door under certain conditions. I am aware that Google photos shows a sign on the exterior door. However, at the time of my visit, that sign was no longer there and had been replaced with one that simply stated “PULL HARD.” The employee then told me I shouldn’t have opened the door if another door was open. However, that instruction is only posted inside the store, making it impossible for someone outside to know. When I pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the issue, the interaction became condescending. Inside the store, I attempted to clarify the situation with another employee, who repeated the same statement and responded with, “I just work here,” rather than addressing the lack of visible signage. When I asked about binding a document, she stated they were closing in 15 minutes and that she was the only one working, which felt dismissive. As I was leaving, the employee outside continued speaking to me and began giving unsolicited “life advice,” stating that if I “take things step by step” I would be more successful in life. This was inappropriate and unrelated to the situation. I had already explained that there was no visible sign and that I acted in good faith to help. The overall interaction left me feeling embarrassed and spoken down to, when this could have been handled as a simple misunderstanding. Management should consider: • Adding clear signage outside so customers are properly informed • Reinforcing professional and respectful communication with customers

There's 2 kinds of people there: · agressive but professional · very kind but non professional My work took so much time to be done (3 hours) that I had to go 2 days in a row and I could meet both kinds of people. Good luck for new customers!

Had the worst customer service experience ever with Christopher at the counter. Went to ship 1 package and he was rude since the first moment. Providing no help with any information and his mistake led me to have to call customer care 5 times to get the package delivered ultimately. Go to any other Fedex centre - there are about 3 others within a 2 block radius.
