- JSJordan Schaffer4 days ago1.0Absolute WORST FedEx location ever. They charge and extra $10 to ship because they are located in a hotel and the agent who I worked with told me the item I was shipping would arrive by a specific date after I told him the importance of the package arriving on time. When I checked the tracking the date was moved to 3 days later and the package I was sending was time sensitive. I called and was put on with an agent, who then put me on with customer service who said there is nothing they could do even after I was told that there should be no issue with the date I provided that the package needed to be delivered by. UNACCEPTABLE.
