  I was returning a item and was having trouble printing the label the female employee was patient and kind .unfortunately I had to spend 15.25 but it was no fault of FedEx. She made sure I took a picture of the package before it was sent. This particular FedEx shipping center is huge and well kept .it also stays open till 8pm for the working class that's great.

  I don't remember excatly who he is, but the mamnager and members in this center were so helpful and kind. I don't know why the google review score is 2.9. I visited this store to print out my conference poster. For the first time, I planned to use the self-printing service. I was in trouble in using this machine so that asked the manager (or member?) for help. He asked my purpose and schedule in a detailed manner and then recommend another option -- this option is cheaper than self-service. The final product was great and ready in advance. I know it is hard to not exploit customer's lack of knowledge to increase the profit. So his Integrity moved my heart. This center deserve to receive more positive review.

  Kirk is an excellent customer service representative and was juggling multiple extremely complicated & large orders and made sure my order and experience was handled correctly. He single handled saved this review from being 1 star. Thank you Kirk!

  Staff prioritizes gossiping with each other, talking about sports, while customers line up and wait. When staff eventually engages with customers, they seemed bothered that they have to work and provide a service to someone waiting in line. Rude attitude for a working employee. What a disgrace this location has become. I've been shipping out of this location for several years and it has declined in the quality of staff and service.

  Absolutely worst store. A gem find amongst the already atrocious FedEx outlets averaging a tough 3.5 around the country.
