    ONLINE ORDERING: I made an online order yesterday for a pick up today and when I arrive, the order was already ready to go in exactly as I ordered it. The process was very seamless and very convenient to send an order online to this FedEx location and I’m really pleased that the order was fulfilled on time. I have ordered at other stores in the past that did not have my order when I arrived despite the clearly marked timestamp so it was refreshing to be able to arrive at the store and pick up my order with ease. SERVICE: the customer service at the store was fantastic. The store manager I believe his name was DelF. Ford was very kind and prompt and assisting me. He was very clear about my order and thorough confirming the look at my print order and the quantity of my print order. He even offered an additional print out of my receipt, which I really appreciated. PRODUCTS: I was very surprised to see a variety of products beyond what I thought FedEx offered. Not only did I see a lot of copy and print packaging and wrapping, but also snacks and cards. They have plenty of cards if you need to offer a birthday card, a wellness card or congratulations card. They also have a lot of prepackaged snacks and bottled beverages. I was surprised to see workstations available it looks like there’s places where you can have a small cubicle to quickly get some work done or pull out a computer to send print orders directly to that FedEx location. CLEANLINESS: the store was incredibly clean and immaculate. The aisles had plenty of space so if you are a wheelchair user or need accessible mobility devices, you’ll have plenty of room to walk around and see all of the products they have on sale. I’m very pleased with my experience at this particular location and I’m looking forward to return for future orders.

    Terrible experience with FedEx customer service. I went in person to a store because the website keeps giving me an error when I try to create a shipping label for a suitcase that’s in Houston and needs to be sent to New York. I called multiple times and received confusing and contradictory instructions; eventually, I was told to go to a physical store because they could help me create the label there. When I arrived, none of the three employees wanted to help me. They didn’t even let me explain my situation—they kept talking over me, showing no interest in actually solving the problem. They simply told me to do it online, even after I explained that the website issue was exactly why I came in. The service was awful, the information was poor, and the treatment was unprofessional. There was no empathy, no guidance, and no willingness to help. I left exactly the same as I arrived: with my problem unresolved and a very bad impression of their customer service.

    Got helped by Delford and his team they had such positive energy, mind you this is shipping season so always people in and out. If you had a negative experience do some self reflection and ask if you came in impatient, self-righteous or already in a shit mood.
