  I recently went to shop some items and Tijani far exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with my mum and I being that we had multiple items to ship, and very helpful. The best FedEx experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Monsieur Tijani. Oh location was also convenient and close to my hotel.

  I used to like this store, because the location is very close and friendly. Today, I walked in with 119 envelopes to scan and the worker at the counter refused to help me. He wanted to show me how to scan by myself. Of course, I know how. Since, the self-machine can scan only 10 at a time, the store can scan way more to get with less receipts. Not to mention, the waste of label from self-machine instead of regular receipt. I do not understand how this person is not willing to help especially the shop was not crowded at the time. It wasn't my first time at the store. I was at this store multiple time before and usually got help with no issue. This time in particular, I felt not being helped. Hopefully, everyone working as customer service, have same mind of willing to help customers. I wish my review helps to improve for the worker who needs to improve.

  The fact that you cannot call the store and FedEx makes it impossible to reach anyone is why they get 1 star. Not all their fault but still their fault.

  I had a great experience at this location today ! Javon went out of his way to really help me with a big print job. He was kind, attentive , great eye contact and helped with several printing issues . I really appreciate that . I hope he is here every time I need to shop at FedEx. Wonderful experience today. Thanks .

  I’ve been here multiple times, usually the staff don’t even care , but today it’s the best visit ! Cheyenne is da best staff ever ! She passionately assist me! She explained to me every detail for every step that i need to do to create the overnight envelope shipping label ! She even came to me to ensure if there’s any issue when i do the steps. The other staff didn’t even called me when it was supposed my turn, but instead calling another customer! Cheyenne noticed that i was waiting on the line and she came to me . Thank You Cheyenne ❤️
