So 5 stars, because they answer the phone, and ultimately get the job done. Also, the UPS store lies about rates because they don’t know what they’re doing over there. These were my experiences.

But unfortunately when it came down to my mom and I needed help she had to get another worker a young Black American women to help who at first gave her an attitude to come and do check out. We kindly asked her for help with the lamination she came over looked at the machine and turned up the heat.. Walked away saying you can take it from there by feeding it into the machine 🤷♀️ So we did and what the heck it came out somewhat damaged... now what if this was which it was the only copy I had which it was ! Does she even care !! Nope ! So I had to let Kim know and all she could do was cut off the sides that was damaged those sides I actually wanted . Anyways very rude and unprofessional. I actually wonder if I could have said I ain't paying for this if they would've honored that due to the other women's way of lamination.
