I go up to the next associate available and my first interaction is hello how are you in a very cheerful manner since I am a happy person. The evil glare and meanest up and down look you could imagine from the heavy set Black female associate with braids and glasses was appalling. What a miserable unfriendly person. Her demeanor was so evil I just decided to go to another associate because that kind of evil you don’t even want to rub off on you. If you don’t like your job, don’t like people why on earth work a customer service job. A simple Hello, how are you literally rattled her spirit. Please enforce customer service training at this location and especially with this specific person. A gentleman with dreads offered help and he was amazing and respectful. Would not be back to this location unfortunately and Incant recommend it
