  I had a great experience at this FedEx 335 Broadway, Manhattan. Devon helped me today, he was very kind and patient while assisting me with printing some copies. Him explained the process clearly and made sure everything came out correctly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you for your help!

  Used their printers to print a shipping label. Needed a piece of tape to attach it to the package. Asked the front desk associate and he said he couldn’t help because it was a USPS label—unless I wanted to buy a whole roll of tape for $8–$10. Like… what? I literally just used your machines and spent money.
