They don't acknowledge customers they would be in the back talking on the phone facetiming . I wish there is zero stars options

- MLMon LeeFeb 3, 20265.0i had a really great customer service experience here! i was having trouble getting a label onto a package for an Amazon return and the young man at the counter took the initiative to provide a shipping label slip that i could stick directly onto the package. 10000 stars!! i went to this FedEx at around 6:30pm on Jan 30th. it is rare to feel welcomed at a big brand store like FedEx but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cashier made me pay separately for my printing and a soda for no reason. Just bought a printer on Amazon so I never have to return to this trash establishment.
