- EREmilie RobertsJan 23, 20255.0I had a really great experience here today. I had to send two sets of documents that needed a convoluted combo of prepaid international return envelopes. After trying, and failing, to navigate the USPS website, and visiting both UPS and another USPS location which insisted there was nothing I could do, I got great, efficient help here that unblocked me in this really important task and helped get everything sent off right. +1 that this was the best experience I've had at a USPS office in a long while. Thank you, I will definitely be using this office when I can in the future.

The mask mandate was lifted and I did not have a mask when I left my apartment, otherwise I would have put one on. I asked for one and she would not give me one even though she had a stack of them on her desk. I later returned with a mask and she and the other person working the desk both had their mask off.
