I had to wait a while before she was ready to assist. I told her I needed to overnight my mail, and she directed me to get the overnight envelope and fill out the form. However, it wasn't clear which envelope was for overnight shipping, so I grabbed two and went back to the counter. Even then, she ignored me when I said "excuse me." Frustrated by the waste of time and her lack of interest in her job, I left and went to the FedEx office across the street. There, I received excellent service and got everything done in just a few minutes.
