- JGJosiah GlicksteinJan 4, 20265.0I was taking a Citi Bike to work last Wednesday at 6:30am when the pedal fell off, causing me to (somehow) spin around 180 degrees as I landed hard on my right side. The crash cut my head and knee and messed up my right side of my body and the bike was on top of me. I was lying there in the middle of the street when two postal workers came up and checked on me, called 911, and stayed with me until after my wife and EMS arrived. I was in rough shape and they were really helpful.

They redirect me to this office not because it's the closest to where I live but every damn time they say the package isn't there when this is the pick up address USPS gives me. All they do is say "it's not here" and can't even help me figure out where the hell it really is. Despicable.

- PMphyllie MoBXOct 1, 20251.0I thought the post office in the bronx was bad this place takes the trophy...horrible customer service no order,or directions given (so you stand on one line to be told this not the line you should be in ,now you at the back of another line waiting 20-25 mins) yes 25 mins i arrived at 10:50 wasnt seen till 11:10 than was told i was on the wrong line. When i did reach the counter 11:30 i was told they didn't have any money to cash a money order . What kind of place is this . From now on I'll go to the Bronx location even tho i work in harlem hospital right down the block.
