I had an appointment for passport photos, and after being sent to another window, I was suddenly told the photo machine “wasn’t working.” It was obvious they simply didn’t want to take the pictures. It was clear these were some of the laziest people dragging themselves not doing nothing.

When i did reach the counter 11:30 i was told they didn't have any money to cash a money order . What kind of place is this . From now on I'll go to the Bronx location even tho i work in harlem hospital right down the block.
