I submitted my passport application in Sept however the postal worker sent my documents without having me sign the application in her presence. After 2 weeks I heard from the passport authorities that my application is on hold forcing me to put my international travel plans on hold. This is a basic requirement that the postal team should have been aware of. I had to go back to this location to re-submit my application. The lady who helped me the 2nd time seemed more familiar with the passport application process so hoping for the best. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience I had to face. Draw of the luck really.
