Abrieron a las 9 puntuales. Nos atendieron muy bien aunque no sabiamos nada de como hacer un paquete. Una muchacha hablaba español. Fueron amables. Hacia mucho calor dentro. Todo correcto.

A horrifying, terrible place where dreams go to die. The lights are dim and flickering, and you will be greeted with malice and rudeness. Each and every time. When I miss a package and need to go to Old Chelsea I become gripped with fear. The ladies are so scary, it’s awful.

Avoid for passport applications. I submitted my passport application in Sept however the postal worker sent my documents without having me sign the application in her presence. After 2 weeks I heard from the passport authorities that my application is on hold forcing me to put my international travel plans on hold. This is a basic requirement that the postal team should have been aware of. I had to go back to this location to re-submit my application. The lady who helped me the 2nd time seemed more familiar with the passport application process so hoping for the best. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience I had to face. Draw of the luck really.

Very straightforward and quick service. I met the "lady with buzz cut" that others complained about: she had an attitude but overall was fine. Another staff member was very friendly. The line took only a few moments.
