I have never seen such an incompetent post office. I had a package due for delivery yesterday. The delivery person marked it as “incomplete address” and rescheduled it for “next day delivery.” After calling the local office to no avail, I decided to go there today. That is when I was told that the package had been sent back to the shipper. After I left the office, I called usps customer service. They told me that the address on the package had never been incomplete or wrong, and that they could not intercept the package for me. I needed this package before the new year, and due to an internal mistake, I will not receive it.
This is not the first time this office has done something like this. I am leaving this review to the office manager in hopes that the problem gets resolved before the new year.

Horrible service , the women in the front always have a nasty attitude. Last time I was there they spoke to me very rudely and as if I was foolish for having questions regarding my package. Attitude adjustment and team member replacement needed !
