Again I went today and I put the address multiple times in the box and she told me I was wrong with a attitude. They need to fire all this people and hire people that can work with the public.

The delivery person marked it as “incomplete address” and rescheduled it for “next day delivery.” After calling the local office to no avail, I decided to go there today. That is when I was told that the package had been sent back to the shipper. After I left the office, I called usps customer service. They told me that the address on the package had never been incomplete or wrong, and that they could not intercept the package for me. I needed this package before the new year, and due to an internal mistake, I will not receive it. This is not the first time this office has done something like this. I am leaving this review to the office manager in hopes that the problem gets resolved before the new year.
