The worst post office. A line of ten people and one window open. In addition, they’re are rude.

I see these reviews go back years...Why won't the manager or Postmaster get rid of these horrible, rude, obstinate, disrespectful people? The place is a dump. Waste of taxpayer's money.

I was lucky to met Kevin on the counter. He helped and advice me on sending some documents. He was patient and super polite! Really apreciated his kindness. Thank you Kevin! USPS needs more employees like you!

The only bad experiences I’ve ever had with employees in my life have been at this USPS. Professional vibe killers. Just trying to drop off my packages and go but they can’t help but talk to me like I’m their 6 year old child with behavioral issues

I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but I hope this message will get to management somehow. The person who covers passport services needs training in customer service and how to treat others with politeness and respect. I have spoken to this individual two times and both times have received attitude from her from the beginning of our interaction even though I approached her with kindness and respect.
I went to apply for a passport for my daughter today. I greeted the woman and told her what I was there for. She asked for the passport application. I asked if she wanted just the application or the application and all supporting documents. She said just the application. As soon as she saw my application she threw up some of the pages in the air saying with attitude that my application was incomplete. I proceeded to explain that my child’s father is deceased and that is why that portion of the application was left blank and again offered to give her all supporting documentation. This woman gave me attitude up until when she was almost done working with me. Then at the end, she nicely asked me about payment, asked me to do the survey on the screen about how she did, and to then proceed with my payment. I rated her negatively on the screen because I felt extremely disrespected and as I was making my credit card payment, she began to yell at me as to why I rated her negatively. I tried to calmly explain that she treated me with attitude from the beginning but this woman did not want to hear it. She just continued to yell at me, so I left.
Again this is not the first time this person gave me attitude for no reason. It is unacceptable to greet customers with attitude and treat them the way I was treated today, completely unprovoked. There needs to be a baseline expectation of how employees should treat customers and training on what these expected behaviors are.
