Zero. Just in case you're ever visiting the United States postal Service store on 104th and Broadway. Stay away from this sense of entitlement .. "Person" who won't lift a finger if she doesn't have to.. who couldn't care less about your time or your patience, then gives you the look of contempt. I actually had to call her supervision get my transaction processed and that also took 20 mins. Be advised. At the end of the day, everyone in line understood. I actually had to explain what was going on to people on the line so that they know what I'm dealing with. I don't think the day ends nicely for her. Not after the supervisor was called. The point of the story is "Do Not" put your problems on other people. As if we are the cause of the problem.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I visited this location on 12/10/25 around 4pm. I wanted to buy 4 international and 4 domestic stamps. I was told by the stuff that only some kinds of stamps are available to buy in couple pieces and others are sold by whole book. It wasn’t clear to me which ones are the ones that I can buy by a piece so I asked some questions. After asking the questions, the lady rested her head on her hand and gave me a huge sigh. When I apologized and said that it was unclear to me she answered in a really RUDE voice “I see you don’t understand what I just said so I’m going to explain one more time” then she started to explain in a way like I’m a total idiot. When I asked her not to talk to me this way, she said “EXCUSE ME?! I’M GOING TO RECORD YOU NOW!” And she took out her phone a started to record me. I was shocked! I couldn’t believe someone could act like this with a customer. I asked her couple more times if I could get those stamps and she totally ignored me. I went back to line and waited to be served at the other window. I left with my stamps but NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

My mom sends packages from Korea and it costs $$ so I can get it from my door. They NEVER delivered the package, they just lie, and I have to pick it up from here which is one of the most depressing places in Manhattan. They should not get paid because they are not doing the simplest job they were asked to do.

Personally, I’ve always had very excellent customer service here. The service is usually fast and there are usually no long lines.
