Personally, I’ve always had very excellent customer service here. The service is usually fast and there are usually no long lines.

The employees here are nasty, rude, and unprofessional. An employee said “Next” and I thought that meant I could go. She was calling the food delivery worker over, who wasn’t in line, but how was I to know that? She scolded me like a child and I respectfully asked her not to yell at me. She and the other employee behind the bulletproof made fun of me in front of my face, saying “you’re yelling at me! boo boo” in a mocking tone of voice while making a *wiping tears from face* gesture that was intended to mock me. When I was finally able to walk up to the window, the employee who mocked me was very curt and rude with me. Were these people ever properly trained?

Unbelievably rude employees. I’m a huge supporter of the post office in general but this branch’s employees are almost hateful in how their treat customers. This is why the public is in favor of privatizing the post office.

This post office has its hours of operation posted at their 2 sets of doors and guess what? They close up at different times everyday even though it’s posted on their doors they close at 7 pm. I’ve stopped by at 5 pm one day, they were closed. Stopped by a different day at 630 pm and yep they were closed. It’s one thing to close whenever but it is a whole other thing when they have their hours and yet still they close when they want.
