I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS office. The customer service was terrible. The employee showed no politeness, no willingness to help, and provided absolutely no information about how to send my letter.
When I politely asked for assistance, the employee did not even look at me and simply shouted “Next.” It felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Customer service should at least include basic courtesy and a willingness to guide customers, especially when someone is asking for help. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service at this location.

Every post office people go to has a lot of negative reviews. Personally, I don’t have any problems going into a post office like this one for example. Normally, I would come here to buy stamps, or to mail letters and cards to family, friends, and many other people I know.

I wish i could give worse; i go today looking to send my package. I really never have sent and package and don’t know how to do it and maybe it was my fault for not bringing a pen. I think she realized i hadn’t sent a package before and she was pretty nice after her apprehension. But boy the guy there - don’t even get me started. She told me to go fill out my envelope before coming back and I didn’t have a pen marker anything. This man is waiting for a label to print and sticking it on the box. Literally waiting. I quickly ask can I borrow a pen real quick. Deadpans me “I’m busy right now” - was not requesting his help in any way. Just needed to borrow a pen and had the nastiest attitude while he stood there in silence w his customer waiting for the label. I don’t know how people get hired here. How many seconds does it take to reach for the pen right in front of you and let someone borrow it to fill out a form needed. I’m shocked but I say ok and proceed to wait until the line is done again and the lady let me use her pen right in front of her. Then she quickly sent my package. Very nice lady. Next time guys bring everything yourself; do not ask him for help its not his job to help you.

This post office has been my go-to since my family moved to the area in 2018, and I’ve always had positive experiences there. The staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and patient - no matter what I’m trying to send or how busy it is.
I’ve noticed some negative reviews online, but I wanted to share my experience because it’s been the opposite. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional and kind, and the employees clearly care about helping customers.
I will say it’s a bit sad to see that there are only two people working on most days now. I remember pre-pandemic when every station was filled, and the service felt even more efficient. Still, the current staff does a great job despite the smaller team.
If you’re looking for reliable, friendly service in the area, this is the post office I recommend.
Now I just wish the price of stamps could return to something normal so I could send cards as often as I used to do!!

The worst Asian lady agent screaming all day here.
She said I cannot use this type of box blah blah yelling.
She printed out the label, tagged as shipped.
Then I asked her then I can can take them back, said I would come back with right box.
She said yes. So went back with right package..
Now the QR code is not available and the prepaid label as shipped.
She screams “this is your problem, go to the store customer service, get a new label. It’s not my problem.”
If it’s already shipped- but the post office doesn’t have the package, honestly/technically she lost my package. It’s your responsibility.
They are federal employees so they don’t get fired or punished by my review though,
She and her family need to feel shamed/embarrassed about herself.
She doesn’t look young but she still doesn’t know what USPS employees can/need do.
Such a disappointing.
