I have NEVER in my life met an employee more rude than Mr. Siddell at this location. He treats people without respect and no idea what he talks in low voice, but my experience today at this location was terrible. I wish a supervisor can have a good talk with him to make him understand that he gets paid to do his job.
I wish I could give 0 stars.

I came there for nothing really and the lady that was there this morning(11/13 at around 8.15am) refused to help me taking my package because she said she was alone and mind you, there were lots of times when there is NO CUSTOMER. But still, refusing to take my package after USPS attempted 2 times my Amazon delivery without actually going to my building. I asked her why they did that, she said that’s the delivery people from downtown

I live near this post office and use it regularly. I’ve been mailing things for 60 years. This time I was mailing a very thin flashlight to my sister via First Class mail which would have been around $4. Instead, the clerk, Ricardine, said that only paper can be mailed First Class and this package needed to be mailed by ground transport for over $9.00. I read her from the internet: “Lightweight packages: Small packages containing merchandise or other small items, up to 13 ounces.” My package was 9 ounces. She dragged over another clerk who agreed with her telling me the Postal Service website is wrong. Ricardine then accused me of having this argument before. Never! Poor customer service and not adhering to U.S. Postal Service regulations is not a good thing.

This USPS office is the worst in the world, not just in New York! The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. They treat customers terribly and act like they don’t care at all. Every visit here is a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs!
