The long story short is she gave me a very hard time when the place was not busy, and, she sent a return package to the wrong place, insisting it was correct, when she hadn't recorded the QR code from my phone. I told her. She denied it, showing me her proof, which was bogus, and she had the two packages set aside ready for me when i came over with the QR code. I have not heard from the party (incorrectly sent) for my money back return for $20 and it's over a week. I told her she was very rude and I saw in her eyes, she got the msg.

If not, head over there after reading this one to see what happened to me, it won’t disappoint, I promise. I came here to pick up my package after being sent here from the previous post office. The staff went to the back twice to check but she said she couldn’t find it, and it’s not in the system. Then another person came to help, but after a long 25 minutes wait they still couldn’t find it. She came back to the desk and confirmed that she got a hold of the manager at the post office at 85th street and they said they have my package ready for pick up. She apologized and apologized, but of course she couldn’t find a package that doesn’t even exist in the first place. Wasn’t her fault at all. Grateful for their dedication.
