I’m grateful for the pleasant experience I had at this location! The postal worker who assisted me was actually helpful and had a pleasant attitude.
I had just left the West 125th street location because of such a horrible experience. But this 116th location was a relief compared to that. It may depend on the day, but this Monday morning went over well at 116th! I also like that they have this station where you can rate your service. I happily pressed a green button.

I mail things at least once a week and have been for the past 3 years at this location, and without fail:
- the priority shipping supplies are never available, you then have to go in line to ask for what you need
- you can self service and print your label, but you will never find the bin unblocked or open. they always claim its "full" but never has it been open, which means you always have to go in line to the windows, you can never fully self service
-most who work there hate their jobs and are rude to everyone who comes in
-there are shifts when only 1 person is working which makes things even worse
USPS do better, hire more people for this location and replace those who are there currently

Had the best experience with the staff member we interacted with- I think her name was Cadence.
Thanks for doing your job with professionalism and respect.
