After profusely apologizing to the letter slot, I was told, sarcastically, "well, it's YOUR mail", making me doubt that mail will be delivered on time or at all. This was one of my more fun experiences at this location. It's almost always bad—even approaching DMV levels of service (except for one employee, I think named Candice, who is super nice and helpful). Generally, the complaints here are all accurate.
