I’ll admit service can be slow but I haven’t had a bad interaction with the employees. I ship a lot of packages with prepaid labels that have a QR code, so I have to always wait in line so they can print it for me but they are pretty patient with me. One woman is always helpful but can’t remember her name.

*BEWARE OF THE ANGRY LETTER SLOT AT THIS LOCATION!* Just got screamed at by a voice from behind a wall for "pitching" my letters through the letter slot. After profusely apologizing to the letter slot, I was told, sarcastically, "well, it's YOUR mail", making me doubt that mail will be delivered on time or at all. This was one of my more fun experiences at this location. It's almost always bad—even approaching DMV levels of service (except for one employee, I think named Candice, who is super nice and helpful). Generally, the complaints here are all accurate.
