We had a 12:45pm appointment for a passport renewal. The person in charge told us with great satisfaction that the person dealing with passport is out for lunch until 1:30pm. 3/3/2026 Not sure what was worse, the waste of time or the attitude.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I waited to speak with someone regarding passports. I had a question about what documents I needed to do a name change. There was an Asian lady who spoke in circles because she didn't want to help me. She first told me it was cheaper to do it through the mail. Then she told me it was cheaper to do it in person. I simply asked her which one was correct. She then told me people behind me in line were complaining (no one said a word) and was trying to rush me out of there. I asked again if she could just tell me which one was cheaper and what documents I needed and she didn't answer the question and threw applications at me. I wound up needing only one of them and the one I needed - the form was expired. I have never experienced such rude customer service. It wasn't worth my time to complain to her supervisor. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Not just because she was rude, but because she had no idea what she was talking about and what I needed.

how this post office has more than 1 star actually stumps me. whoever the man was working the retail desk at 2pm on January 10, 2026 should get fired. I asked him to help me print a label for my package I am sending out to which he refused out of sheer laziness and told me to use the self-service machine. After using the self-service machine to label my package and giving it to him he wasted my time for 5 minutes to tell me that I have "labelled it wrong" and that "I didn't do it properly". I forced him to send it out, and the package reached my friend completely fine. He is the most incompetent person I have ever met. I feel bad for his family and friends.

Sent ab express priority international letter to Colombia so my friend could return to the US and these clowns still have not managed to deliver the letter 3 weeks later. And they say its not lost, that I have to wait 60 days with my friend stranded in Colombia. Oh yeah and they charged us 80 bucks for this lack of service. Lmao. That's what happens when you go to USPS instead of DHL. Oh yeah and the customer service clowns will call me and waste my time saying they have no new info. Why on earth call then? Why did I once have to call you back 14 times cos you left a missed call and none of the 14 attempts were able to confirm what the missed call was about. Then magically a week later I get another one of your clown calls, and somehow they knew exactly what the missed call was about. You know what the missed call was about? It was to tell me they had no new information. I kid you not, USPS was made to push your mental health to the limit.
