They need to extend hours at least till 7:00pm. Everyone depends on packages and the working hours they have is the time that everyone has to go to work 9-5 by the time you come from work they closed and now you must wait until the a Saturday and now you must take your day off to pick up packages. This is federal why not extend and then only two clerks working. Please extend the hours like other post offices.

I want to preface by saying I showed up to the post office thinking I could drop off my UPS return. So that that’s completely on me and I made a silly mistake.
When I arrived at the window, the first thing out of the teller’s mouth was “should I beat you now or beat you later?” I was completely taken aback by her comments and responded “I don’t understand what you mean by that” She then responded with “look at the label it says UPS. We don’t take that here“
I don’t know what anyone is going through and I wanna give her the benefit of the doubt, but if she’s talking to people that arrive in that way, there’s absolutely no reason why this woman should still be working here. There are other ways to redirect people without threatening them.

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years. I have avoided this post office for 5 years now because of their horrible service and behavior. I had no choice. I needed to pickup a certified letter. I saw someone at the door so I approached the door thinking I got there just in time. They saw me coming and yelled we are closed. I asked what time they closed and I know she heard me. She said nothing, she just ran away completely disregarding my question. I was looking for a closing hrs on the door and there was nothing. I assume she needed to close the automated gate and realized I was in the way because she saw that I was still standing looking for a closing time on the door. She yells 5 from a distance. I see nothing has changed. The government should shut this branch down and start all over again with all new hires.
