There is always a long line and only 1-3 people working the windows. The workers are great, it’s not their fault that they are understaffed. The workers are usually polite w helpful, but they are way overworked. If they had a few more employees I would have rated this way higher!

I came to give my rating. To my surprise not one or two, but plenty of complaints all saying the same stuff. Its really bad when this is the closet one in the area. So from what I hear its normal for the mail man, woman to not deliver your mail, package. Information provided by (automatic machine) As long as its not 48 hours. I called today because my mail normally comes between 1:20-1:45. I waited from 1:23pm till 2:30 pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I tried to call they didnt answer at all 4x. My only question was do they know no mail was delivered today? Infact nobody in my area only PACKAGES WERE OUT . (FED EX )(AMAZON)(UPS BROWN TRUCK) So if you guys (post office ) knows they're wont be any mail today. Dont you think telling the people waiting for the mail should know too? Or is that a secret or negligence?

I see the bad reviews but this one is okay compared to the Shirley Chisholm post office in Brooklyn. The bulletproof glass in this post office isn’t cracked and no screaming customers here. Update: downgrade to 2 stars after standing in line for 30 mins.

They need to extend hours at least till 7:00pm. Everyone depends on packages and the working hours they have is the time that everyone has to go to work 9-5 by the time you come from work they closed and now you must wait until the a Saturday and now you must take your day off to pick up packages. This is federal why not extend and then only two clerks working. Please extend the hours like other post offices.
