Most aggressive woman I have ever encountered in my 15 years of living in NYC working here. Immediately started yelling. I walked out. Horrible and hostile environment.

We were heartbroken because my husband had taken a day off to take care of our kids passports and were treated poorly at another post office location. Instead of writing a negative review for that other place, I will write this positive review for 23rd Street because Keisha took us in. She went above and beyond to help us. I mistakenly filled out the form in blue ink and I was getting nervous but she was so caring to guide me correctly. She was so very patient with the calmest demeanor and very sweet to our kids. We thank you Keisha and your supervisor from the bottom of our hearts for your help today, turning that negative experience from the other post office into this positive one, especially for our kids' first passports. We will never forget you 🙏 I always have a good experience at this post office for my regular mail drop offs but today was extra special. Thank you again ❤️✨
