Had a 1pm appointment for my passport and arrived at 1:08 (granted I was a few minutes late but still within grace period), by the time I got to the front of the line it was 1:35pm. The woman at the front said I needed to reschedule because she called my name at 1:15 and I didn’t answer. Except she didn’t call my name at all because I had been standing in line since I arrived waiting my turn.. she just didn’t want to deal with another person. Completely dismissive and rude. 0/10.
