After waiting on a line that stretched to the front door, I got called a “bozo” by the man behind the desk because I apparently “did not wait until he was ready to see me”. He then continued to teach me about how all businesses work and that you never approach without first being called. Also, no signage to support this apparent usps policy he was referring to. Management needs to seriously work on staff training.

However, I have been twice in the past two weeks and received EXCELLENT and friendly service from two of its members of staff, who I believe are both new? Sorry I don't know their names. But it has been a completely different experience recently, so kudos to them!
