Have had several checks stolen right out of the post office. In decades, I've never seen more than 2 windows open at the same time. Registered and return report chits almost never put out. Have seen dogs and homeless defecate inside. Christmas season is beyond description. I'd rather walk gifts to New England than try to ship from this office. Truly horrible in every conceivable way. I don't know anyone in the neighborhood who hasn't complained and nothing, ever is addressed.

I waited a long time in line only to find out that they are out of customs forms. Why do they not have millions of customs forms sitting in the back? Why can't they print more when they need it? Why don't they put a notice out front that they're out of customs forms? Is that something I need to ship a letter to Chile? Ridiculous.

Went in today to get my daughter’s passport and photos done and I had a great experience. My appointment was at 2:45pm on a Wednesday afternoon and it was empty, I had no wait. The lady who helped me today was so kind and patient and even made a copy of my ID which I forgot to do before coming in. My 1 year old was crying because she was overdue for a nap and she was still very patient trying to take her picture. Took multiple shots ‘til we got a good one. I must say though it really helped to have all proper documents and forms ready and filled out before coming in. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Wished I can give this USPS a negative star this is one or the worst post offices in the all the 5 boroughs it says online it opens at 7:30 there is NEVER a clerk at that time … NEVER. There is never enough clerks to help so it’s slow process if you need to speak to anyone it’s truly a nightmare to come here, you must be prepared to spend a lot of time here and to be very annoyed

I just came in tonight to the post office to send an important document for my medical insurance. The teller beyond the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISSMISSIVE. She told me to step to the side because I didn't fill out the certified mail sent to information prior. However, I have had previous tellers who never told me to step aside to fill out a sent to address to the certified mail ticket. (Side note - I was told by a previous teller that it is actually the job of the teller not ours to have the correct sending address) Now I am scared that she messed up my cetified mail package to my insurance company. Because it is now coming to my attention that the address that it was being sent to did not appear on the screen where you are asked to confirm questions, addresses and make payments. She screamed at me in front of room full of people and threatened to kick me out if I didn't step aside, so she could take care of another customer, even though I was already prepared with the written address about 40 second after she requested it. She embarrassed me so much my that the people online looked at me with pity because of how depicted herself to me and to everyone else. Pure and simple, it was a case of a visioius power play it announce her pathetic power trip. I am very sad and mortified! I am praying now that my mail will be sent correctly by this power trip teller!
