Registered and return report chits almost never put out. Have seen dogs and homeless defecate inside. Christmas season is beyond description. I'd rather walk gifts to New England than try to ship from this office. Truly horrible in every conceivable way. I don't know anyone in the neighborhood who hasn't complained and nothing, ever is addressed.
