2 windows open 1 person actually working the booth The other standing around looking at people in the face as they wait all day on line as she leaves her booth vacant not calling anyone up. Shame!

I had a wonderful experience at the post office today. I’d been dreading going so close to Christmas. I had a pre-paid label. The line was very long, and I wasn’t sure if I could just drop my package in the box or if I needed to actually do something. Was having a tracking number sufficient? - Did I need a receipt? A wonderful employee named Alonzo helped me at the self service machine. I tried to give him a tip, but he wouldn’t take it—said he just likes to help. Thank you, Alonzo!

Most miserable and unhelpful people working here, who yell at their customers for asking basic questions.

Do not bother coming here. You will either wait 15 minutes when no one else is in line or they will be out of stamps which is ironic for a post office.

Have had several checks stolen right out of the post office. In decades, I've never seen more than 2 windows open at the same time. Registered and return report chits almost never put out. Have seen dogs and homeless defecate inside. Christmas season is beyond description. I'd rather walk gifts to New England than try to ship from this office. Truly horrible in every conceivable way. I don't know anyone in the neighborhood who hasn't complained and nothing, ever is addressed.
