Tells me to fill out a form but not with complete instructions, sending me to the back of the line for a single blank that I had no idea of multiple times and I ended up waiting 1 hr just to mail a simple package. Workers don't want to work here - only 1 window open with 5 employees walking around with coffee in hand. Don't come here.
