They have a machine at this post office to buy labels, so I don't have to get online but no drop off box or window. Some of the women working here are always on a power trip. This post office is the worst.

Paid for a package got it sent back saying not enough description even though we have sent countless of packages to New Zealand. Was explaining that the description was there and the lady told me to stop talking. Very unprofessional I never was rude to have deserved that type of treatment, even with the disrespect she gave me I remained nice I do not think a worker should speak to anyone like that.

It's usually quick if you come during off-peak hours, but you want to come around 4:30pm, good luck. I came in to simply pick up a package, so I waited on the line that says "Inquiry/Parcel Pick Up" I'm the 3rd person in line and when it's my turn, the guy says, sorry go to the other line, this is closed. Fine, I understand it's 4:45pm at this point and his shift ended, so I go to the other line along with others that were waiting behind me. Now there's 5-6 people in front of me and when I was called next, I went to window 4 and she said I need to go to the first window on the far left which is window 2. A customer was already there so I waited behind him, however a guy came up next to me said oh they told me to fill out a form and I don't need to wait in line and come back to the same window, I said sure. As I waited for him, another woman dressed in a yellow hoodie came near me and said oh I was at window 3 but it's closed now and told me to go to window 2, which is the window I was waiting for. At this point, I said I was in line too to pick up a package, and as soon as the guy that came up to me, left, she right away went straight to the window and the USPS worker started to help her, but I was also already in line. If anything, the yellow hoodie should have waited after me. USPS really needs a ticket system like DMV to show the order of when people arrive and that can determine that if you don't need to wait in line again and return to the same window, then they compare tickets and see who can be assisted first. They have no sequence or order in there. But seeing how slow everything moves in this industry, this ticketing system may never happen. TLDR: Don't come during busy hours, and don't let people skip you even if they're told not to wait in line.
