This is the 3rd time I sent a package to my daughter and she hasn’t received it. It’s been a month. The first 2 times her packages were sent back with “undeliverable” when they have a key to her building. All they have to do is set it down in the lobby. I had to resend those two back to her. This 3rd one is still floating around out there somewhere. Didn’t have this issue the first 2 years of her living in NY. This has become a problem within the past 6 months or so. I don’t trust sending any more to her.

The employees are slow and rude. I don’t mind the slow service, as that may be due to them just being understaffed. But the employees have a very bad attitude and are unhelpful, and even when you ask them basic questions they look annoyed. They don’t have basic human respect for anyone that comes in. I normally don’t even write reviews but this place rubbed me in the wrong way so much that I wrote a review while inside the post office. I don’t understand how hard it is to actually do your job, especially when the customers there are not even being rude to you.

This place opens late every single day, 9:20-9:30 on average which is not ok when there are a ton of people freezing outside waiting in line

This post office is very lazy. They don’t want to deliver packages to the apartments. There’s a big large lady who has glasses very rude should be removed immediately and she does not understand what you’re saying that’s not how you do business. One more thing if you having a bad day, don’t come to work and being rude to your customers
